Shipping and returns


We want you to be making noise with your new Electrosmith product in no time! If something is not working how you think it should, here are some guidelines for the return/exchange process.

30 Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to arrange a return for any unused and unmodified items purchased within 30 days. The refund amount does not include shipping cost. 

In the event that something is determined to be a manufacturer error or failure due to defective materials, we will repair, return or exchange the item(s) free of charge at our discretion. 

Damaged Shipments

Please email hello[at]electro-smith.com as soon as you receive the package. Include a description of the damages, and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. 

Return Guidelines

  • Please arrange an RMA with us before sending any returns in. 

  • Eligibility for return of modified or used items is determined on a case-by-case basis and we cannot guarantee a refund for these items. 

  • We suggest that all returns are sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for untracked return shipments that are lost in transit.
